Information we collect

When you send an inquiry about an apartment at Biltmore, Twenty Oaks, Irving Oaks or Woodwind, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number if you provide one, the home size and move-in date you are interested in, your budget and pet details if you share them, and the messages you send us. We also keep a record of the messages we send you and your communication choices, including any opt-out.

How we use it

We use this information only for leasing communications: answering your questions, sending tour scheduling links, following up on your inquiry, and helping you apply. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not sell it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to text messages, we text you about your apartment inquiry, tour scheduling and follow-ups. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us deliver leasing communications and with the property management software used to manage your inquiry, and only as needed for that purpose. We do not share it for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed for leasing and recordkeeping. To opt out of texts, reply STOP. To opt out of email, reply STOP to any email. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us below.
